Snugpak Response Pak – Bushcraft Field Test & Review
Great for keeping those essentials to hand.
I think the Snugpak Response Pak is a great piece of kit. There seems to be some bickering out there about the build quality however I can assure you that the one I have is excellent. The zips are hefty for its size which is great, I find small zips unnerving for longevity. It has a surprising amount of room. In the main compartment I keep my Laplander Saw, Frost Mora, Para Cord varient and Sony HX-50 Camera. In the front I pocket I keep memory cards, in the left hand side pocket I keep my Leatherman Charge and in the right hand pocket I keep my firelighting kit. I like to keep all this kit to hand so that when I’m wandering round Sumo base camp I have everything I need on my person so no need to rake in my Bergen. It sits really well under Snugpaks Force 35 which is another good piece of kit. The Response Pak is not padded so if you’re going to carry heavier than I do then you may want something with padding for long distances.
- Multitude of pockets
- Sturdy construction
- Great price
