The boys answer a mixed bag of outdoor and bushcraft related questions sent in by listeners.
Teenager John from Dover asks the boys if it is true that it is illegal to make your own bows or if his next door neighbour has got it wrong. Sy remembers back to when Sumo Dad took the boys out to the woods and showed them how to make bows and how to use them safely.
Listener Arron from Alloa asks the brothers for tips on how to get a good nights sleep when camping in the wilds. Sy reveals his liking for fluffy feathers at bed time as he recommends Arron take a pillow with him. Sean talks about the advantages of taking a small hot water bottle with you when camping out in colder weather for which Sy ridicules him but they both agree on ear plugs as being an ideal solution but only in the right surroundings.
Folding saws is the topic for a question from listener Chris. Chris is looking for alternative to the favoured Bahco Laplander saw at a more reasonable Price. Sean reveals that the Laplander has recently halted in price but the boys talk over other options such as the Fiskars 9368 and a locking saw from Spear and Jackson.
The brothers talk about gadgets which are suitable for the bushcrafter. Sy talks about his recent purchase of a EDC Fire Kit from Polymath Products which is both compact and lightweight and ideal to stow in your EDC kit.
